By downloading, installing, or using Second Number eSIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Second Number eSIM in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You strictly agree NOT to use the app for:

Fraudulent activities, spamming, phishing, or harassment.

Impersonating any person or entity without permission.

Making emergency calls (e.g., 911, 112, 999), as virtual numbers are not designed as primary emergency communication channels.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Virtual number allocations, call credits, and SMS features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments will be charged through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free telecom connectivity, as network conditions depend on carrier networks and Internet connections.

5. Limitation of Liability

Judy Carolyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
